COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 1785-L40C15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Homag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Adept product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 227P677H01D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2083027006 manufactured by Homag and we are pleased to be able to service most Homag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20000310 by Manufacturer Adept as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 2750AHPR1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl-Fuchs such as 2002FACINRRH equipment made by Pepperl-Fuchs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl-Fuchs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl-Fuchs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1MBI400S120B made by Fuji as well as the popular 2711T10G20 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 194X363G005 by Fanuc and 2002FACINRRH spares by Pepperl-Fuchs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1DI400F120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
